Monday: Tea time

Time for tea!

Serving suggestions for todays chats: black ceylon with a small bowl of strawberries.

I hope you all had a great weekend! We are excited to announce that winter is officially over! Sunday afternoon was spent sunbathing on the beach and getting a first base coat tan before the real sun soaking starts in a few weeks time. I love it when the seasons change, you can smell the warm earth in the air. What do you do to commemorate the beginning of a new season? My standard thing to do during the September season change is to clean out my closet, spring clean the house and order my stationary for the coming year ready for new year planning.

The coming week is huge in the Victory Gap Year calendar. We are putting on two of our major events of the year - The Jeffreys Bay Eco-Chic Fashion Fair and the Worship Academy 2012 Album Launch. Mr. Noth and I are super proud of all the students hard work, leadership capacity and heart for excellence. It is with these two events that we also finish the penultimate term of the year - can someone please tell me where the time has gone? It is unbelievable that after the up and coming holiday we will be in the home stretch of the year and gearing up for their graduation. Time really does fly when you are having fun!

Other news on the block is that Impact Photography have released this weeks challenge. If you have yet to enter don't worry. So get clicking because this weeks challenge is:

I got introduced to a brilliant new place of prose today. Check out Relevant Magazine. A great article that I read today here.

Also, keep your eyes open for a very exciting announcement later this week!

Thanks for stopping by, K x
